What’s a good way to warm-up this show? With a hula hoop dance show of course! It all begins the with the right music that sounds both mystical and seductive. Her body moves to the rhythm as a hula hoop appears between her arms in the middle of the routine. She makes the hula hooping look so effortless and impressive at the same time. I especially love all the little tricks that involve spinning it around her neck.
