I really enjoyed this GodsGirls update of the most likely Dutch Anya reading a biography of Goedele Liekens. Goedele Liekens is an interesting figure because she started out successfully competing to be Miss Belgium, but her controversial and political actions really put her on the map. Today, she is best known in Europe for hosting the Belgian version of Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader and for being outspoken on both sexuality and politics. She has written extensively about sex and puts out a magazine about herself called Gudula. Unfortunately this particular GodsGirls update was another example of when having blogs does not make a site sexier. Anya‘s blog is all about her quest to get breast implants (even though she is hot already in her pictures) and about drama between tattoo shops or something like that. If you are seeking an interesting role model who has parlayed her beauty into something long-lasting and effective, I do still recommend learning about Goedele Liekens.
