Feysbian dropped into Hollow Knight and immediately entered the sacred Hallownest tradition of elegant suffering.
That little bug knight is hopping around the ruins with destiny, pogoing off enemies and spikes the way every player eventually learns after the game politely destroys their confidence a few times. The thing about Hollow Knight is it really tricks everyone at first. Beautiful caves, soft music, mysterious ruins. Very peaceful. Very atmospheric. Then suddenly a boss appears that moves like it trained at an underground bug ninja academy. Now it’s dash, jump, slash, panic-heal, repeat, while the Knight bounces around like a determined flea trying to win a duel.
But that’s no real challenge for Feysbian who just so happens to be the best bug of them all. Somewhere Cornifer is humming his map song like the world’s calmest tour guide, the Knight is pogoing like a caffeinated cricket, and she’s locked in trying to survive another beautifully hostile bug ballet. Truly the most artistic way to get bullied by insects.
