What I thought was a display of Pikachu cuteness did in fact fool me momentarily. It’s not until I realized Sinomin was going for a Mimikyu look that I realized I would have absolutely been bamboozled by the mimic-cloth-Pokémon (kind of) myself.
The main description for this Pokémon is that it lives in dark places untouched by sunlight. Now, it typically disappears for humans before reappearing into a Pikachu, but as if not fully present, as if a ghost in the night. I do love the concept and I will say I definitely would have stopped if I saw Sinomin‘s version staring back at me in the dark.
The Pokédex has successfully detected Sinomin. Will there be more, I wonder?
