Scar is one of those girls who’s so scary-gorgeous it hurts. Forrest Black and I photographed Scar 13 in this cute red ruffle outfit to sexy effect. Once the get-up was immortalized, Scar 13 traded it to Voltaire. So maybe we’ll end up shooting these red ruffles one more time after all.
