The answer is obviously Velma, but a version of the character that has never appeared in any of the movies. A Velma that prefers orange latex to orange sweaters. She has done such a fantastic job of taking Velma’s usual look and turning it into something FAR kinkier and sexier. The top and the skirt both look like they are made of latex and show off her inked up body so nicely.
