Hot little APN member Zelda goes all distopian deathpunk in this fun new Mad Max style GeekGirlsOnline update. The set up on this series is great. It’s got an amazingly cool modified muscle car battle cruiser and she’s all geared up for reckless sexy danger. She look great standing defiantly on the dusty hood in the bright sun nearly nude. It’s a really hot fantasy set. I don’t know what these were shot with, but I’m going to pretend the gritty pixelated look was on purpose to give them a lo-fi cyber look? With this much effort put into setup and a hot girl like Zelda, I think higher resolution photos would be better, but these are still enjoyable. I love the shots of her in just her big boots and knee pads and goggles, laying back on the car. Playing with the screen size, the pixelation seems to actually be caused by the autosizing the GeekGirlsOnline FotoPlayer image displayer does. I wish there were a setting to force the images to show at exactly 100% to reduce distortion.
I’m also happy to read that Athena is bringing her entertaining GeekZine back. It’s an entertaining part of GeekGirlsOnline with articles on all sorts of geeky interests that really adds to the feel of the site overall. I can’t wait to see what comes of July’s Days of the Dead convention coverage.
Good ol’ apocalypse porn! Not much is better 🙂 Zelda shot this Mad Max inspired set out in the desert with a VERY convincing car & outfit! You could almost taste the end of the world on the tip of your tongue.
The GeekZine is Back!
After a 6 month hiatus, the GeekZine is back! Currently, we’re playing a little ‘catch up’, but the zine will start debuting as close to on-time as possible from here on out! Be sure to check out May 2011′s zine featuring the winners for the First Annual “Geek Awards”, artwork from Alice Malice and more!
June’s zine should be up in a couple days & will have a review of X-Men First Class from MaGnUs, delicious gamer inspired steampunk artwork from Zelda, a review of Mortal Kombat from Negi, more from The HGW’s “The List of things Mr Welch can no longer do in an RPG” & a sex toy review from Athena Hollow!
July will feature coverage of the first ever Days of the Dead convention from Indianapolis including a write up about the convention and pictures! And of course, August is our annual Gen Con edition. So, be sure to check back often, or just follow our facebook & twitter!
If you guys ever want the full size copies w/o the GGO watermark across the middle, just let me know 🙂 I’m more than happy to send over a zip when we update.
