2026 AltPorn Best Nerd Cam Winner MollyMayhem hit us up during the Nomination period and suggested we add a Meta Cam category, but it was a little late this year, so when her fans voter hard enough to vault her into winner status, we couldn’t help but recognize MollyMayhem with a special Metal-Nerd trophy of her very own.
