The first thing I think of when hearing “Mardi Gras” are colorful beads and I see lots of them hanging around both of their necks. They have turned it into a fun game, where tips in either of their rooms can pop some balloons or spin the wheel and add even more beads to their count. At the end of the show, the one with the least amount of beads has to do lots of spanks.
