You can vote now at http://chaturbate.com/awards and the Awards show will stream live at that link on February 25, which is the cammiversary date of when the Chaturbate domain was first registered.

You may vote once every day, for up to three people in each category, and you must have an account to vote. Setting up an account on Chaturbate is free during the voting period. Voting ends on February 12, so, if you want to express your appreciation for any of the nominees, you will want to get clicking asap.

I like that they included a number of categories to recognize people in different roles.
