I am going to be completely honest and say I have never in my life known anything G.I Joe related other than the name so when RinCity said she was going for a Scarlett cosplay, I was very confused for a while until it hit.

Now, this is a disclamer from her to say that this is NOT the finished look. It’s just a way for her to get a feel around the outfit and really dive into the whole Shana O’Hara of it all without going too hard—testing some gloves, adding some accessories and making sure to flash every once in a while to rewire a brain or two in the process.
