I can see a bit of smoke rising up from underneath the camera. That would be the lit cigarette she’s holding. It’s not just here for show, but to create smoke clouds all over the room as she makes her show look even more smoking hot in the most literal way. I love how she blows smoke clouds towards the camera and even creates some fantastic looking shapes with her forked tongue.
