There are many things I love about this one. The sexy look, the way the scene transitions from color to black and white, the pop filter on her microphone and its pop filter (yes, I do have a thing for recording equipment), but above all, I love how she sustains the high tones on this lovely song and manages to keep the sweet-sounding melody in a flawless pitch that really pulls at my heartstrings.

In the video, and this is something I really like here, we see her singing into the microphone, but everything is covered by a caressing darkness that perfectly reflects the melancholy feel of the song.

This is why Romi Chase has quickly become one of my favorite singers, because she brings beauty, great technique, and the possibility to connect with her art.
