I remember picking up a copy of an issue of Blue Blood magazine at a Boston record and comic books store back in the 1990’s and feeling this incredible sense of connection. Back before I even had an email address, zines were my lifeline to people like me and it was so meaningful to discover Blue Blood’s mix of literary erotic fiction by big name authors and photographic erotica of people I actually wanted to see naked. Plus all their goth, industrial, punk, science fiction, horror, and weirdness.
