AltPorn.net has gotten a lot of mail from people who miss our AltPorn Traffic and Rankings stories, so I’ve been invited back for another addition. This installment covers the QuantCast Estimated Monthly Visitors metrics. Quantcast has earned itself the reputation as being the most accurate traffic analysis tool available to the general public and is widely accepted as being far less gamable than other popular measures. QuantCast has changed their rankings reporting mechanism since my last traffic study installment and now only reports statistical numerical ranking measurements for sites that actually include their ‘Quantified’ measurement tool directly in their code. However, their Estimated Monthly Visitors statistics are still available for all. EMV is a good stat, as it gives a realistic feel for how many visitors a site is really getting in an average month, so that is what we will be using. We’ve tried to compile as complete a site list as we can, although we do exclude solo girls sites. If you have sites you feel should be included, please contact us and make your suggestions. For example, we debated the inclusion of Zivity, contact us if you have an opinion either way.

You will notice the addition of a few new AltPorn sites, some of which are doing phenomenally well, such as My Emo Bitch and Amateur Emo Girls. These sites reflect the recent popularity of ‘ex-girlfriend’ sites in online adult. They operate on the pretense that angry boyfriends upload embarrassing naked pictures of their former girlfriends for everybody to see. It’s depressing that this sub-genre is as popular as it is, but it goes to show that being popular doesn’t always mean being cool or good. These sites should still be included as they do reflect a realistic assessment of what people are looking at these days though. You may also notice APN has made a few adjustments to the AltPorn A-List. Inactive sites like RazorDolls are being removed. RazorDolls was a fun and sexy site, but it hasn’t updated in years. It was a good example of the AltPorn genre, but sending people there to join a dead site seemed wrong and/or unfair. We’ll hold out hope RD gets back on it’s feet, but for now it joins the ranks of ManicJane, FatalBeauty, SpicePlay, CityKittie, PornForPunks, and all the other dead AltPorn sites that once had interesting alternative content we’ve enjoyed.

These statistics are best evaluated as relative, rather than absolute. If you feel your favorite site gets more visitors, then consider that all sites measured probably get more visitors, as they are all measured with the same criteria. For example, judging by our own internal stats measures AltPorn.net gets an average of 101,000 unique visitors a month, but QuantCast only counts 57,868, and we’re actually Quantified. We’re very interested in the upcoming release of Isolation, the first title from Érotique Vérité, which is the recently announced creative partnership between BrokenDollz and Visual Chaos. Érotique Vérité translates roughly to erotic truth, or in less snobby terms, reality porn. The AltPorn genre has heard these terms before from video directors bent on art school cred, and they generally equate to loosely edited behind the scenes (BTS) footage masquerading as art porn. This style is usually simultaneously tedious and poignant, but offers a refreshing break from the self consciously dehumanized productions expected from more traditional porno studios. The promotional site for Érotique Vérité is eye-rollingly amusingly choc full of art porn history name dropping, but still manages to pique our interest in the project none the less. Although, if I see one more altporn production company state that it’s manifesto is along the lines of being a fresh alternative to the ‘homogenized, bleach blonde, cookie cutter, porn that has permeated 98% of the adult film industry…” I’m going to have all my tattoos lasered off. It’s not the early 90’s anymore. Porn is amazingly diverse, if not very often ‘alternative’. There is still plenty of room for creativity, but the mythical days when cookie cutter blondes allegedly ruled 98% of the industry and all porn looked the same are long over. Define yourself with your own product, not promised opposition to faceless straw women foes.

Isolation features some of our favorite BrokenDollz, namely Arson, Lily, Revay, and Violet, and the Pulp Fiction style promo production looks interesting enough to hook me in, so I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for this one in the mailbox so we can tell you all about it.

It’s been a while since we checked in with our friends over at BrokenDollz, but that hasn’t slowed their steady development. A lot of sites make claims about featuring ‘girl nextdoor’ types, but of the altporn sites that have been around for a while, BrokenDollz has the most down home feel. It’s always struck us as more casual and easy going that other sites, which gives it a real friendly vibe. It has it’s flaws, but that amateur ‘real’ feel can sometimes be hotter than flawless unatainability. I like Nikki’s cute burlesque style outfit and she has some fun ink as well. Pro lighting could have helped this series, her face reads more dark and shadowed than ther lower body, which is not as flattering as it could be but she looks really sexy regardless.

Ok, BrokenDollz’ Savannah Smiles is taking it easy for the holiday. No big stressful rush and fuss, it’s just about grabbing a six pack of Miller Light, dropping those drawers and getting to it. Some effort was made, the fridge magnets say MERRY XMAS and look at those pretty bows. I hope it’s what you wanted, because it’s what your gonna get. This is Savannah’s seventh series on BrokenDollz and I am serious entertained by the sense of humor that goes along with what is actually kind of a sexy set in it’s own in your face sort of way.

Natalie Minx is looking really tasty in this series, her hot garters and classic stockings showing off her great legs. But I have to say that the main attraction is getting to watch just how excited she obviously gets playing with her little blue vibrator for the camera. You can literally see her getting wet as blood flows to her swelling labia. This is a genuinely arousing and sexy shoot. I love all the lustfully contorted facial expressions and the attention to detail on the close up shots. This is not fake jaded porno. BrokenDollz has some really hot stuff.

What can I say? It’s like a sexy car wash without the car. I really like Skully’s interesting ink and this is a fun little series of her playing with big bubble toys and getting generally slippery and naked. I think a little more advantage of the available lighting effects against the bare skin could have helped elevate this series, as I love seeing shiny wet curves, but still, this is a cute BrokenDollz set.

One of the features I enjoy most on BrokenDollz is their steamy Love Letters section, which is full of very hot stroke fiction written by a bunch of the talented girls who also appear naked on the site. These are short little pieces, in sort of a Penthouse Letters format, and they are pretty much universally hot to read. They can give you a great insight into just how dirty hot and sexual these girls fantasize about being.

Amber’s most recent story posted and it’s a hot one, featuring a particularly juicy lesbian girls night out encounter. It’s very hot and very enthusiastic.

Nikki is looking naughty and tasty in this recent hot BrokenDollz set, exploring her tight little body with her big pink vibrator. One of the things I find sexy about BrokenDollz is that they have a lot of new girls, girls I haven’t seen before. Sometimes the experienced girls can be really hot, but sometimes seeing a girl who looks like it’s her first time can be pretty exciting as well. This is Jem Stone’s first set and just watching her slowly open up that warm hoodie and stand proudly in front of Jadas’ camera, showing off that great little body of hers sure increased my circulation. There is a heat to non-suckish amateur action. I just wish this series went a little farther, but I guess I’ll have to wait for her second BrokenDollz set.
