Sometimes I wish Deviant Nation would write a little more background on the shoots since they tend to have interesting locations and good style. She’s wearing a soft pink sweater seems a little lacking, she also has a tattoo of Texas sprouting spooky bat wings the size of Louisianan and New Mexico, which is equally self evident when you look at the pics. This recent Blue Blood update gets back to the old school altporn flavor. Forrest Black and Amelia G were shooting stuff like this for Blue Blood long before any of these other sites came along. I love the clean straight forward simplicity of it. This set doesn’t need to be cluttered with a pile of accessories from the party store, no buckets of candies, no ironic spooky toys. Good creative underwater photography is always a real treat. It’s pretty difficult to get good expressions, elegant poses, flattering light patterns, and so many other challenging factors to all come together. I really enjoyed checking out this Deviant Nation debut set of a sexy tattooed pierced, scarified Gothic girl by the name of AutopsyAlice. You can’t see it in this sample, but she’s got some really interesting autopsy scarification bisecting her entire torso, and the effect of seeing a girl with markings only usually familiar on the recently dead posing casually breathless at the bottom of a pool made for a really ghostly feel.

Apnea just posted this beautiful video, or portion of a video anyway, over on her blog, along with a really humorous and entertaining little story about preparing for and shooting it with Chase Lisbon. I love the mood and look of it and for a ‘censored’ video, it sure is hotter than a lot of the ‘uncensored’ stuff we see.
