Azrael Arden was already one of my favorite altmodels on the planet, before doing this interview. I love her ever-changing creative styles, her cute expressions, the way she poses, and the enormous pussy cat tattoo over her pussy.

But it is even better to find out that someone is extra terrific after finding out more about her. I have used Special Effects on my hair before, but I just heard of 50 volume peroxide for the first time from Azrael Arden. She also got her altporn model start in a more adventurous way than most. I look forward to seeing what kind of fashion design this talented girl does in the future.

How did you get started modeling?

The first site i was ever on was in 2004 and it was called K.O kitties.com it was a wrestling/scratch fight site. We came up with the name Azrael and it basically stuck…forever. aha. I then answered a craigslist add…yes craigslist! I don’t advise anyone to do that, as it is very dangerous. Well i got lucky and met up with two guys from hoboken and we started azraelarden.com. I then became really busy with finishing school and decided I couldn’t keep up with the content updates. Then in 2007 I joined burningangel.com, because shooting for a site with 200 something girls is way less time consuming than having your own site. I met so many awesome chicks and got to do so many things through them..its just a great company to work for.

Do you have any fashion or hair tips for how other models might try to vary their style as impressively as you do? What sorts of things lead you to learn how to mix up your style so often and so well? I especially want to know how you got that great shade of blue!

Well every year as I get older I am changing my style. Each year I am being inspired by diff types of people or diff trends in fashion. I try to stay in style and follow the rules of fashion while being my own person at the same time. I actually am a fashion designer shh! ..anyone who wants blue hair.. You have to strip your hair to a light yellow or white. You must do this or it will look muddy! Use a bleach packet w/ a 40 or 50 developer. Then use a dye called special effects..they come in all kinds of awesome colors and they stay! I used fishbowl for my turquoise hair.

Who are some of your favorite photographers?

There are so many good ones…I once did some really pretty pictures with michelle star, Hiam bargig is fantastic of course, bob coulter dont even need to mention he is fabulous we all know that…the lovely brenda has taken some great photos of me and other burning angel broads, Chris jaime Took the infamous whisky n me .foot in pussy photos…o and destro damus takes the best ass photos ever. my ass looked like a fuckin peach.

Who are some of your favorite fellow models?

I am known to be friends with a few burning angel models! so I am partial to them of course! I’d say my burning angel friends make an all star team! Mayhem, Morgan mae, Draven, Jessie Lee, Joanna, Whisky, Bella Vendetta…and my girl crush..who i hope to shoot with soon…*wink wink nudge nudge* Miss Genocide.

I think I do they just show me as Azrael sometimes. Im all over the place I lose track of stuff im on I’m terrible lol

Keep looking at burning angel…there is some sweet content to be put up! I also Randomly do youtube video blogs..I need to make new ones i delted my old ones because I looked awkward.

yes.. I am going to be a sexy woodland elf. Don’t judge me. I’ve been a god damn cat for 5 years..trying to break the mold.

I started modeling in 2001 while I was a dancer in San Francisco. I was approached by the guys that ran bondage.com at the club I worked at. I did three sets with them over the course of six months and the rest, as they say, is history. I was hooked on modeling immediately. During that time I started to branch out and meet other photographers and designers in the bay area. Not ones just in the fetish scene either. I always used to buy fashion magazines and stare at the photos for hours. I loved the lust, beauty and power that the photos portrayed.

I actually started modeling at 14, mom put me in modeling school and I did some fashion and runway, then stopped. Went on with life and married then divorced, after my divorce my close friend and fellow model, Scylla Fisher introduced me to the altporn world and Deviant Nation. That is where I got my start and after taking just some basic photos for fun and my tattooist, I was noticed Why? I sure as hell don’t know. I thought it was fun, different and new. I am an old fashioned woman in reality, and am surprised each time I see a photo of me online. It is still strange for the thought of someone paying to look at me, it gets me all veclempt and still boggles my mind, some like me, some love me and some don’t. That is just life, And modeling is really just an illusion, all smoke and mirrors and as Oscar Wilde says “Illusion is the first of all pleasures”. I am old for the industry on average, but “The absence of flaw in beauty is itself a flaw” — Havelock Ellis, and age really means nothing but more knowledge of living.

I used to model for fun with my husband back in 2003. I would do silly stuff like run around his house posing with pineapples and stuffed animals. Eventually we started experimenting with nude and erotic photography. I had never planned to be a model until February 2004 when I was featured on Playboy.com. After that I decided to take it more seriously. Since then I’ve been published in over 30 publications including 5 covers, own a successful paysite, and I’m starting to explore acting. My 21st birthday is next month and I’ve got lots of new projects planned for the future.

I am a fetish model, a buddhist, a biycle mechanic, a reiki healer and a science geek. Some people might consider me strange, I prefer the term unique.

I started modeling about two years ago for various reasons. Mainly from a desire to create and a little bit from vanity. I like to think of myself as a creative person and I see my modeling work as an expression of that. I enjoy doing a variety of work, anything from more traditional things like artistic nudes to darker fetish themed images.

In the future I hope to do a lot more fetish work and be behind the camera more often. Some of my photography, digital art, and poetry can be seen on my deviant art page. Unfortunately being a full time biology student doesn’t leave me much time for my creative pursuits.

I guess you could say that I officially started my modeling career four years ago, but I can’t remember a time growing up when my mom didn’t have a camera in my face. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that I am modeling for others now. It just seems like something I have always been doing. I love glamour and getting all dolled up. I have branched out in the last two years and have started performing burlesque, fetish skits, and singing.

I am pretty new to modeling, I started about a year ago. I have done more performance oriented work in the past, so the transition was pretty easy. I was lucky to met some really great people right away. My experience with still and video work has been really enjoyable so far. I love to do fetish and bondage work. I also like to do girl/girl .
