It’s funny how a few years back, a girl with ink this extensive would have seemed a lot more radical. Don’t get me wrong, she looks really sexy, but it does beg the question about what it takes to pass the threshold of ‘alternative’ these days. Are we looking for an ever changing edge or are we just cultural fetishists? However, people into alt do tend to enjoy nicely done skin art and this looks like an enjoyable sample of the form. Personally, I like a more dangerous looking variety of hot naked girls, but we do enjoy the sexy girls of PunkGrl.com none the less. Even if their definition of punk is a bit loose, they do have a nice site with lots of great stuff to check out. That background image is really cool too, I need to find me some of that.

We do miss the cool blue and purple hair, but it’s good to see Stoya has kept some of her sexy Goth girl appeal since being signed by DigitalPlayground. I have read several mentions that it was an exclusive signing, but I do still see her pop up with some new stuff on other sites from time to time, so that’s a bit of a puzzle, but regardless it’s exciting to get to see some high quality Stoya fucking and sucking goodness. I just ran across this ultra sexy new Apnea gallery on the erotic photography site NenaBlue.com and I knew some of you would be interested. These photos of Apnea are really hot and tasty! The site is a little pricey and kind of pretentious in it’s presentation, but the quality of their content is pretty impressive. It’s not all appealing to an alt-eye, but there are some really interesting and creative yet explicit sets on there. I did recognize some sets from Chad Michael Ward that I really like and have been available on Blue Blood for quite some time now, although near as I can tell, only a few are currently on NenaBlue.com. But, the important part is that sexy Apnea looks great in these!

Bella Vendetta is quintessential AltPorn. She’s fun, adventurous, smart, creative, ultra modified, punk rock, and overtly sexual, and we just can’t get enough of her. I really enjoyed the video scene of this series which posted to Blue Blood’s sexy punk site BarelyEvil a while back and now I get to see the amazingly hot photos too! We’ll check on the rumors that her site is closing down though. It’s not the first time we’ve heard that, but there is also the chance she’ll figure out a solution. In the mean time, I’m going to enjoy all the sets of her I can find, like the eight I found on Burning Angel and the nine sets of her I’ve found on Blue Blood and a bunch over on CrazyBabe too. But, for now, this great BarelyEvil set is by favorite so far.

I’ve given Anna a hard time in the past, but one of things that I really do enjoy about her is when she is communicating genuine exuberance about the things she enjoys. It’s great to see her happy and excited.

Sexy PunkGrl Lora Lamour looks a bit more Goth than punk, but I’m not complaining at all. I love her milky white skin and girls with Green hair… well, there is a reason they say what they do about green M&Ms. I also think it’s really cool that a lot of the PunkGrl shoots seem to be done in semi public outdoors areas and the girls look kind of thrilled about it. That little extra edge of excitement shows.

The old one wasn’t handling things well enough and outages were getting more frequent, so we’ve moved APN to a stronger system. New features and more regular coverage on the way.

The biggest problem MM has, as a site and as a community, is that it exists to assist a bunch of untalented amateurs into deluding themselves into believing that they are going to be big professionals some day. As a result, someone like Fedora gets the short end of the stick because she is actually genuinely trying to do something real and independent.

MM will always support models and photographers listing their more corporate achievements because corporate achievements make them feel successful. Even other people’s corporate achievements make moderators with lackluster personal portfolios feel like they are going to make it big some day. Never mind the fact that major corporations are always happy to mine the desperate wannabe underground for free labor. What do you think powers the music industry?

Fedora is not the first model or photographer to be forced to remove a link to APN. The rule appears to be that corporate credits like Hustler and SuicideGirls and GodsGirls and Playboy will be overlooked. But credits with genuinely independent sites like FedorasBox and BrokenDollz and Blue Blood and BellaVendetta are likely to come under scrutiny. That the scrutiny generally comes from moderators with very limited portfolios is a given. If they spent more time shooting, and less time persecuting and passing judgment on people like Fedora, then maybe they really would become big time professionals some day, just like their delusional fantasies.

Fedora seems to include her update teasers along with her frequent and entertaining blog posts, even though the two seem to be rarely connected contextually anyway. I must say that she’s got a tremendously large sock monkey and it appears to have a proportionally or even impressively large sock monkey cock. That is just too surreal to let slip by. Hopefully this observation won’t piss too many people off, because I do mean it in a totally positive way, but there is just something very Hairspray about this adorable series of Penny from those fun people over at InkyGirls. I love the fiery transitional hair too. This looks like just the sort of youthful hot time spent visiting a new girlfriend from school’s house, listening to records and making out. Very sexy in a John Waters sort of way.
