Hopefully this observation won’t piss too many people off, because I do mean it in a totally positive way, but there is just something very Hairspray about this adorable series of Penny from those fun people over at InkyGirls. I love the fiery transitional hair too. This looks like just the sort of youthful hot time spent visiting a new girlfriend from school’s house, listening to records and making out. Very sexy in a John Waters sort of way.
